For Beth Erickson Sands, specific personal emotions dominate each individual piece, but as in most abstract work, each piece is subject to individual interpretation by the observer. Sands hopes that her visual expressions move the observer in some clear way, whether they are inspired, provoked, fascinated or simply appreciative of color, texture and motion.
